City of El Paso Patient Navigation Fundamentals Training (English Session)

The City of El Paso Department of Public Health is pleased to invite you to the Patient Navigation Fundamentals Training, a complimentary professional development opportunity tailored for individuals in healthcare and community service roles, including Patient Navigators, Care Coordinators, Community Health Workers, and others.

Training Details:

• Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Department of Public Health HQ 9566 Railroad Dr, El Paso, TX 79924
• Language: English proficiency required
• Capacity: Limited to 30 participants
