City of Charlotte Small Business Focus Group

Thank you for your willingness to participate in a Charlotte business ecosystem focus group. The City of Charlotte's Building Business Initiative is committed to understanding the needs of our city's small business community. Based on the insights gathered from our small business survey, TPMA is hosting a series of focus groups to delve deeper into the specific resources and support that small businesses require to thrive in Charlotte.

Eligibility: We encourage all small business owners to participate and help shape the future of the city's business ecosystem. Space is limited, therefore only one individual per small business is eligible to attend.

Before you register: If you have not completed our small business survey, please ensure that you have taken the survey prior to registering. The survey takes less than 5 minutes. Once completed, you will be redirected to continue with registering for a focus group.

Wait List: If a session is full, you may add your name to a waiting list in case a spot opens up or more sessions are added to the schedule.

For you: Join us for this focus group and receive a $25 Queen City Cash digital gift card as a token of our appreciation. Queen City Cash is a digital gift card program offered by Center City Partners and can be used at over 50 small businesses in uptown Charlotte. Participants must attend the entire session to receive the $25 gift card incentive.
