Junior Anglers Education Free Fishing Clinic! The City of Casselberry, Friends of the Park, Fish Florida, and Gumbo Wars Inc in association with Coastal Angler Magazine and Fish on Fire Restaraunt, have teamed up together to present an exciting day of adventure at Secret Lake Park with the Hook Kids on Fishing event on Saturday, November 6 from 9 AM until 12 PM. This free family event will feature a fishing clinic with volunteers from the Gumbo Wars Inc team to teach kids how to fish. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and the fishing clinic is limited to the first 100 children under 16 years of age that are registered on line. NOTE There will be no onsite registration or walk ups accepted the day of the event. Please bring the confirmation receipt to the sign in area at the event. Hot Dogs, snacks and drinks will also be provided. After the fishing clinic, each child will be able to take home their very own fishing pole and tackle box to keep. (All children must be accompanied by an adult family member.) Secret Lake Park is located at 200 N. Triplet Lake Drive in Casselberry.
