City of Bellevue Middle Housing Code Information Session

The City of Bellevue is updating its code to support more types housing like duplexes, cottage homes, townhomes, small apartments, and more!

Attend one of our upcoming info sessions and learn more about middle housing, which includes housing types between single family homes and midrise multifamily homes, ADUs, and how the City is planning to implement changes to accommodate these housing types. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during and after the event.

There are three opportunities to attend an info session - two virtual sessions and one in-person session.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

• Monday, November 18 | 12 - 1:15 p.m.
• Monday, December 9 | 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.

IN-PERSON SESSION

• Thursday, December 5 | 6 - 7:15 p.m. | Stevenson Elementary School - 14220 NE 8th St

The same information will be covered at each session, so feel free to choose the one that best fits your schedule.
