City Nature Challenge and Regrow Volusia

Have you ever wanted to be a scientist, but weren’t sure how to do it? Do you enjoy looking at nature? Join us to be a citizen scientist for the City Nature Challenge. After a brief explanation of the challenge and its purpose, we will hike in the preserve and submit photos that will be used to document the biodiversity of Volusia County. After observing nature, you can apply ReGrow Volusia resources to create a natural habitat in your yard or community. No experience required. This program is recommended for adults and children ages 10 and up.
