The community is invited to attend Midlothian’s Grand Opening Celebration for its new City Hall and Library. The ceremony will include a performance by members of the all-city choir and other activities befitting such an historic event. Following the ceremony guests will enjoy tours, refreshments, and a souvenir Christmas ornament specially designed to mark the occasion (one per family while supply lasts). Be sure to stick around after the grand opening for Midlothian's Annual Christmas Celebration with festivities from 1 to 5 p.m., culminating with the Movie Magic Light-Up Parade at 6 p.m. For more information, visit https://www.midlothian.tx.us/667/Midlothian-Christmas-Celebration.
