Do you remember the January 26th City Council meeting where Councilmember Scott Brodeen was pushing for a motion that would praise and support ICE despite how they continue to terrorize our community? Well he decided to delay his motion that evening and he rescheduled it for March 23rd. So we need to keep a CLOSE eye on the agenda (https://www.ci.stcloud.mn.us/Calendar.aspx?EID=6470) and plan to show up united so our leaders know we demand accountability, safety, and respect from organizations like ICE.
If you want to reserve a speaking spot, you cal call the City Clerk at 320-255-7200 to do so (and remember that public comment happens AFTER the regular meeting has adjurned so don't leave when that happens as you'll want to stay and hear what your neighbors have to stay (and decorum rules are not the same for public comment as they are for the regular Council meetings so cheering/booing is allowed during the public comment section).
