The Città Invicta Festival is a multidisciplinary cultural event celebrating Senglea’s heritage, faith, and maritime identity through art, performance, and community engagement. Organised by SOCEP, a voluntary organisation, and partly funded by Arts Council Malta, the festival aims to promote cultural participation, foster civic pride, and showcase Senglea as the ultimate key destination for heritage-based creative tourism within the Grand Harbour region.
