The Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC) of the Bartholomew County Solid Waste Management District meets routinely the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 pm at the Bartholomew County Library. All members are appointed by the BartholomewCounty Solid Waste Management District Board.
The Sierra Club Winding Waters Group invites Scott Keen, Chair of the Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) and Kelly Geckler, Member of the CAC to give a presentation from a volunteer's perspective.
