and Gary Owen from Inspire First Training. Gary has been a British Nordic Walking Instructor since 2017. Under the Trading Name, 'Nordic and Coffee', he provides weekly “Learn to Nordic Walking Workshops, Nordic Taster sessions, Explorer Walks, Nordusk Walks, Away day Walks, Nordic Pulse, and Nordic Walking 1-1 sessions for people with Neurological conditions.
