Step into Hargreaves Mall with Circus for Every Body – a joyful, inclusive series of free circus workshops designed especially for adults with special needs.
Across six months, participants will learn fun and accessible skills such as hooping, poi, ribbons, and juggling props in a safe and supportive space. Each workshop is guided by a professional circus facilitator and a disability support worker, to ensure that everyone can take part at their own pace.
These workshops aren’t just about learning circus tricks – they’re about building confidence, celebrating creativity, and connecting with others in the heart of Bendigo. Family, carers, and the wider community are invited to cheer participants on and join in the fun atmosphere of Hargreaves Mall.
The program will culminate in a vibrant public performance on the International Day of People with Disability (Wednesday 3rd December), showcasing the skills, teamwork, and resilience of participants. This is a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and the power of play to bring people together.
