Circular Economy Collage Workshop x International Repair Day
About this Event
This collaborative workshop is based on strong economic and environmental science. In three hours, you'll understand the root causes of resource depletion, map product lifecycles, and identify actionable strategies like reuse, redesign, and recycling to implement both professionally and personally.
The Circular Economy Collage workshop takes place in groups of 4-7 people. The method is inspired by the educational principles of the Climate Fresk.
As 17 October is the International Repair Day, we'll deliver the workshop at the Netherwood Centre in coordination with the Kilburn Repair Club, where people can repair electronics, and Cycletastic, which repairs bikes. Our way to bridge theory and practice!
Free tea, coffee and sustainable snacks will be provided to participants.
This workshop is funded by the North London Waste Authority. The workshop is open to all 16+, and we particularly welcome residents' participation, so we can specifically discuss concrete local actions for a more circular London. The only requirement is the ability to read and speak English.
