Spring into Fitness with the RNLI! The third of our series of beach activities is Circuits with Sam Courton. Everyone welcome. You don't have to be experienced in fitness to join in - it is an opportunity to try it if you haven't before.
Meet at the Lifeboat Station at 2pm. The session is free but donations to RNLI Ilfracombe would be very welcome.
