MS FUSION is designed for people who want to move better, get stronger and train for injury free living.
In this 50-minute workout, you’ll experience a full-body circuit that fuses functional strength, rotation power, and gait focused movement, layered with the kind of stability, mobility and core work that helps you move like an athlete at any age.
