Embrace the fullness of your Self - Circle of Light session offering Qigong to settle the mind, Meditation to connect to the heart & Soundbath to bring you into balance and connect to the stillness within. You will need to bring a roll mat, cushion/pillow for your comfort and a blanket. Each month we have a new focus which you are supported through, the experience is very personal to you and your life.
Please note this session is held at Kemnay Church Centre, Kemnay (Loaves & Fishes), Church Lane, Kemnay
