How can taste become one of the hundred languages? This workshop invites educators to explore the Taste Atelier as a space for sensory research, where children investigate flavors, textures, combinations, and transformations through active exploration. Through a Reggio Emilia lens, we will consider how tasting can become a process of inquiry that nurtures observation, hypothesis-making, comparison, and wonder.
