"CinéWilde is...ON FIRE!" In honor of Juneteeth, Pride Month, and our FIRST IN PERSON SCREENING in over a year, CinéWilde is thrilled to be bringing back "Paris is Burning" to the big screen at The Texas Theatre.
Our inaugural screening 8 years ago, "Paris is Burning" is a vital contribution to Queer, Black, & Queer Black cinema.

Popularized by FOX's "Pose", Ball Culture is becoming more and more appreciated and "Paris is Burning" was the first to pay homage to this sub culture that gave life to many Queer People of Color in the late 80's and early 90's.
We'll be hosting a socially distant baby ball post screening. Queer DJ "Lee Harvey Isbald" will be spinning and inviting you to shed your Pandemic Realness and Emerge as Your Divine Self. No trophy's, No shade, No Fear. Come as you are! Dressed to the Nines or Dressed Down to One we all deserve TENS ACROSS THE BOARD and you'll get just that at this Baby Ball!
