Join CinéWilde, the only monthly LGBTQ film screening in Texas, on Friday, April 17th at 8:30pm at Texas Theatre for a screening of Everything Everywhere All at Once. Stick around after the show for our Dimensions of You Dance Party!Get ready for a multi-dimensional high stakes journey to save existence! The story centers around a lesbian daughter’s relationship with her mother as they navigate the divide caused by family expectations and the desire to be fully seen and accepted. The film disrupts normative narratives through its telling of a queer story through a chaotic, non-linear structure that explores other universes and the lives its characters could have lived.
Dimensions of You Dance Party: Fitting with the film’s theme of ‘verse-jumping’, after the film at 11pm, we’ll have a dance party behind the screen at Texas Theatre. Join us on a free-form movement journey where you can dress up and express any dimension of your personality in a safe, inclusive space.
