Join Bierock for a themed tapping on Cinco de Mayo as we celebrate Mexican-American culture.On Sunday May 5, for the first time, we tap a keg of After Slice by Central Waters Brewing Co. in Wisconsin.
After Slice is a Mexican-Style lager brewed with freshly squeezed limes that has been reintroduced to become part of their new year-round lineup in 2024.
According to the brewery…
"We take the base of our Mexican style corn lager and add limes and a bit of salt for extra crisp refreshment."
Get a pint to enjoy in-house at Bierock on May 5 or—for one day only—take a growler home for just $15, a savings of $4.50.
We’ll also have our Southwest bierocks on special on this date.
Stuffed with seasoned ground beef, bell peppers, onions and pickled jalapenos, they’re wrapped inside our freshly baked bread dough. Then they’re complemented by a house-made creamy taco dipping sauce.
And we’ll have tequila mixers at Happy Hour pricing all day long.
Cinco de Mayo commemorates Mexico’s victory over France in the Battle of Puebla in 1862.
