Date: May 5th | Location: Lake Timber Lodge | Time: 5pm-7pm Come Celebrate Cinco De Mayo in style! This evening at Lake Timber Lodge will be a fantastic fiesta!
Indulge in mouthwatering Mexican inspired cuisine, from the talented chefs of Mambo! Dinner will include: A Build Your Own Taco Bar with your choice of flour or corn tortillas, Saffron Rice, Black Beans, Cumin Lime seared Sliced Chicken or Cuban Picadillo Beef, Shredded cheese, and choice of Spicy Aji Chimi Sauce or Cilantro Crema. A vegetarian option will be available as well. Appetizers of crispy corn tortilla chips, Pico de Gallo, and guacamole, as well as Churro Inspired Mini Cannoli Bites for dessert will be served.
Ticket includes dinner, one Margarita, tequila tasting, and specialty soda drinks. The tequila that is part of the tasting will be available for purchase.
