Join us on Sunday May 5th from noon to 6pm for a special Collaboration Beer and Crawfish Boil. Delta Crawfish will be parked out front serving up the best mud bugs in the South with all the fixings. Treat yourself by pairing one of their crawfish platters with one of our award winning lagers or maybe two! We also will be celebrating our new collaboration beer with our friends in Tulsa, OK from Nothing's Left Brewing Company. We got together and brewed a Mexican Lager called "Dos Amigos". This "adjunct" lager is a bit of a departure from our normal rigid Reinheitsgebot (German Purity Law) brewing techniques, which only allow 4 ingredients in each beer, Water, Hops, Grain & Yeast. Nothing's Left is well know for pushing the limits of brewing with incorporating everything from ice cream and popsicles to breakfast cereal and peanut butter in their brews. So we thought who better to break the rules with, than a real rebel?!
This beer incorporates corn as an adjunct in addition to the 4 traditional brewing ingredients. The corn allows the beer to finish a bit more dry and refreshing, creating a super crushable amber lager. Coming in at 5.3% ABV and 19 IBU's, it is perfect for washing down a platter of crawfish.
Be sure to get here early as the Crawfish will sell out.
