The Cathartic Artist (TM) Sessions are designed to introduce the healing experience of art to community members and mental health specialists. Each Session will feature a local artist alongside a licensed mental health specialist to guide attendees through a practical workshop that incorporates the creation of art with professional and personal development experience. We invite the community, artists, and mental health professionals to join us on this journey.
