1330hrs Meet at Harbour House (CT17 9BU)

1335hrs Depart for Western Docks

1340hrs EU Entry Exit System showcase – Western Docks

1410hrs Depart for White Cliffs

1425hrs White Cliffs aerial view down on Eastern Docks Ferry Terminal Operations

1500hrs Return to Eastern Docks

1515hrs Eastern Docks

· Terminal Control (port operations HQ) visit

· Digital/tech/innovation presentation and discussion

· Energy/green shipping corridor presentation and discussion

1645hrs Return to Harbour House

1700hrs END

Light refreshments will be provided during the visit at a time to be confirmed

Delegates arriving by car can park in Harbour House car park next to the Port of Dover’s Harbour House HQ. However details of registration numbers, make, model and colour for each car will be required in advance.

A minibus is being provided by the port to escort delegates.

For the visit to the cliffs, delegates should wear sensible footwear (no high heels etc).

In addition a complete list of names will be required in advance to allow security passes to be prepared before the event. As the group will be escorted, we ID on the day will not be required provide delegate names have been provide.. Hi-viz vests will be provided by Port staff.
