Known for their crazy inventive cupcakes frosted & filled with an assortment of treats, Mermaids Bakery is the treat-yo-self dessert you didn't realize you NEED in your life!

Off Dry // Mojito- vanilla cake soaked with mint simple syrup and filled with lime mint curd topped with lime Swiss meringue buttercream

Raspberry // Pina Colada- coconut cake filled with coconut custard topped with pineapple cream cheese frosting

Paloma // Paloma- grapefruit zest cake soaked with grapefruit lime simple syrup topped with grapefruit buttercream

Hibiscus Session // Mango Margarita- lime cake filled with mango jam topped with mango cream cheese frosting
