CICSET Summit - Better Futures Fund Workshop

Join us this September for the next Children in Care Social Enterprise Taskforce (CICSET) In-Person Event, where we'll explore the opportunities presented by the £500 million Better Futures Fund (BFF) and what this could mean for children, young people and families across Greater Manchester.
The session will introduce the Social Outcomes Partnership (SOP) commissioning model, which sits at the heart of the Better Futures Fund, and examine how it could create opportunities for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector, in partnership with investors to shape and deliver innovative solutions that improve outcomes. We'll hear about successful SOPs from right here in Greater Manchester, explore key lessons learned, and work together to identify future opportunities through the fund. Through a series of interactive workshops, VCFSE providers, local authority commissioners, social investors, researchers and legal specialists will collaborate to explore challenges, generate ideas and begin co-designing potential solutions.
This is a valuable opportunity to contribute early to discovery work around BFF.
