Join the Canadian International Council (CIC) – Halifax Branch for our Dinner Banquet with the Honourable Peter MacKay, PC, KC, speaking on "Stepping Up: Charting Canada's Role in a Ruptured World." Canada's former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of National Defence will provide a keynote address on the difficult choices Canada now faces, amid global tensions and shifting alliances, about defence, sovereignty, and international leadership. Following the talk, guests will have an opportunity to participate in a moderated question-and-answer session.
