BridgePoint Family Picnic!Saturday, July 27, 11 am - 3 pm.
Lunch will be served between 11:30-12.
There will be a sign up sheet for attendance and food assignments on the volunteer table. If your last name begins with the letters A thru L, we are asking for you to bring a dessert to share. Last names beginning with M to Z are asked to bring a side to share. Food should be brought in disposable containers.
BridgePoint will be providing the meats and beverages with the Men’s Group doing the grilling. The Women’s Group will be providing the plates, napkins, and cutlery. If your ministry would like to volunteer please let the office know!
We will need assistance in setting up the event as well as clean up after.
Bring your lawn chairs/seating, sports equipment, and sunscreen.
