What are you doing Sunday, April 21, after Sunday School? We know! Join us for our Church-wide Picnic. Following Sunday School, we'll gather for a time of food, fellowship, and fun on our church lawn. ? CASUAL SUNDAY:
We encourage you to dress casually that day to enjoy the warm weather and lawn games, or if you'd rather, just bring a change of clothes.
? FOOD:
We'll have barbeque sandwiches, hotdogs, chips, and drinks. We'll also have dessert (but more info on that below).
?️ WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, and if you have any lawn games that you want to share with us, bring those, too!
? FRIENDLY COMPETITION:
We have TWO great opportunities for some friendly competition.
The Great EPBC Dessert Bake-off ?
This is your chance to show off your baking skills! The sky's the limit on what dessert you choose to make. CLICK HERE to register ahead for the bake-off.
Cornhole Tournament ?
You heard that right! We're having our first-ever Cornhole Tournament for all ages. We'll need all the cornhole sets we can get, so if you want to lend yours for the afternoon, CLICK HERE to let us know. If you'd like to sign up to PARTICIPATE in the tournament, CLICK HERE.
? MISSION PROJECT:
We are collecting HOMEMADE cookies for the Kairos Prison Ministry. Please bring your homemade (not store-bought) cookies to church with you that day. While any cookies are appreciated, chocolate chip cookies are preferred.
**NOTE: There are two different baking opportunities here: one as a competition at the picnic and one as a mission project (cookies only) for the prison ministry. Feel free to participate in both if you would like!
