Step into a world of architectural brilliance and historical significance at All Souls' Church, a Grade I listed building. Commissioned by local industrialist Edward Akroyd, and completed in 1859, this magnificent gothic church - with its detailed carvings and brilliant stained glass windows, was designed by the world renowned architect Sir George Gilbert Scott, who considered it his "best church". If you visit you'll find out why!

ALL ARE WELCOME, NO CHARGE.
Please be aware of uneven paving in the grounds of the church which is very slippery when wet.
