Chula Seafood Announces Mother’s Day Specials at All Three Valley Locations MAY 10

Mother’s Day is fast approaching and in honor of Mom, Chula Seafood’s three valley locations have announced the following exclusive specials:

Rosie, South Scottsdale

Eight-Pieces Nigiri Platter featuring scallop dressed in Maldon salt and wasabi, seared gojuchang salmon belly torched to a slight char, torched miso Hamachi topped with sesame and miso egg yolk, and yellowfin tuna brushed with a creamy house-made traditional sauce. Serves two for $35++

Online pre-order is available for pick-up or dine-in on Mother’s Day.

Uptown Phoenix

Lobster Pappardelle a La Limone — Maine lobster tossed with house-made pappardelle in a lemon-parmesan butter sauce with roasted broccolini and finished with oven-cured cherry tomatoes and shaved Grana Padano. This dish is served with house-made rosemary focaccia for $35.

Dine-in reservations at Uptown will close on Friday, May 8 at 3 p.m.

Grayhawk, North Scottsdale

Lobster Benedict — Butter-poached lobster on a toasted house-made sourdough English muffin with bacon, arugula, poached eggs and sauce bearnaise. Served with Campari tomato salad for $39.

Crab Cake Sandwich — Griddled lump crab cake on toasted Noble country loaf with sliced Campari tomato, roasted tomato aioli, fried shallots and arugula. Served with chips for $26.

Spicy Tuna Handrolls — Spicy tuna layered on sushi rice and wrapped in a nori sheet with a side of traditional soy sauce. Includes two for $10.

Dine-in reservations will be accepted at Grayhawk until Wednesday, May 6.

The following add-ons and platters are available at each location:

Chef’s Choice Sashimi Platter with seasonal fresh fish, sushi rice, wasabi, ginger and Juan sauce. Comes assembled and ready to enjoy, by the pound for $85.99++.

Mother’s Day Bagel Kit including one pound of smoked fish or lox, capers, cream cheese, cucumber, pickled jalapeno and onions, and a half-dozen everything bagels. This kit features six servings and comes ready to assemble and enjoy for $75++.

Lobster Roll Kit featuring choice of hot- or cold-style roll, with Noble bread split-tops and potato chips. This kit features five servings and comes ready to assemble and enjoy for $170++.
