When the chow bell rings, you and your fellow pioneers will enjoy a dinner reminiscent of one served around a campfire over a century ago.
Grab a plate and head through the chuckwagon line where you’ll be served tender BBQ chicken, baby back ribs, potato salad, cowboy beans, rolls, and cobbler, cooked fireside in one of our Dutch ovens.
Our Chuckwagon Dinner is a fun, family-friendly event catered by the Q & Brew Smokehouse & Brewery. It’s open to the public and includes good company, food, yard games, and a s’mores kit for the kids, rain or shine!
