“The force that drives us is the same one that ignites the sun, that animates the seas, and that makes the cherry trees flower. The force that moves us is the same one that agitates the seeds with its immemorial message of life.”

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR - MONSE
Montse Mayol is a Chilean psychologist, registered counsellor in Aotearoa New Zealand, flautist, and Certified Biodanza SRT Didacta. Since 2012 she has shared Biodanza across Chile, New Zealand, and Australia, weaving together psychology, music, movement, and authentic human connection including facilitating Clinical Biodanza in mental health settings and training in Gerontology, Biodanza for Children, Organisational Biodanza, and Biodanza & the Four Elements. Today she is passionate about training future facilitators as well as leading her own classes.
Growing up in Latin America shaped her warmth, playfulness, and heartfelt presence. For Montse, joy isn't superficial, it's one of the ways we reconnect with life. As a flautist, music weaves itself through her life in many ways in performance and the joy of creative expression. Her classes are welcoming, trauma-informed, and deeply human - there is nothing to achieve and no one to become, only an invitation to move, connect, and rediscover the simple joy of feeling fully alive.
🎶 ABOUT BIODANZA
Biodanza is a transformational dance and movement practice. With South American roots and a universal essence, it is popular all over the world. The benefits of Biodanza show up in everyday life as well as in the session.
Biodanza offers you space to move through whatever is happening in your life and to access inner resources of tenderness, joy and strength. Rather than dance for performance Biodanza draws on the tradition of dance as a ritual for coming together, connecting through music, supporting our life path and unique expression and celebrating life.
In Biodanza you’re invited to tune into 'dancing with life' - opening up to deeper and more enriching connections with yourself, others and life.
