Meet others in your community for a monthly wellbeing event at the Fold Bransford, connecting with others in a natural setting!
For this session, we'll be meeting in The Fold cafe to make some Christmas wreaths, using natural willow bases and foliage.
Our meetups are always free to join, but we will need to limit numbers to make sure we have enough space and wreath materials for everyone!

Having a go at some different experiences is a great way of focussing our minds on the present - a key element of mindfulness. Giving our brains new skills to learn is a powerful way of building confidence and helps to improve our mental wellbeing. It's also a great way of discovering new talents and hobbies!
Come along and join us for some Christmas crafting with a lovely bunch of people!

We aim to connect with anyone who would benefit from being around others, to connect, be in the moment and take some time out from the pressures of life.
