Magical Festive GrottoSaturday 14th, Sunday 15th, Thursday 19th, Friday 20th, Saturday 21st, Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd December.Meet Santa in his festive grotto and receive a present box including a delightful teddy and a specially designed Christmas story book, as part of a guided walkthrough experience accompanied by Santa’s helpful elves. As part of the Santa experience, ticket holders will enjoy sparkling seasonal moments and whimsical fun whilst making reindeer food to take home and bauble decorating.New for 2024, Santa and his elves have added an Ultimate Christmas World Package, which includes meeting the man himself and present box, along with the guided walkthrough experience, plus a keepsake digital photograph of meeting Santa. There’s also an indoor snowball fight session for young festive funsters, a kid’s seasonal snack box and an electric sleigh ride for little ones and their grown up. This year, there is an allocation of accessible tickets available to purchase for both the Magical Festive Grotto and the Ultimate Package, which include two adults accompanying one child, and the option of priority queue access. The Magical Festive Grotto and Ultimate Christmas World Package options include one adult free of charge with every paying child ticket. Additional adult tickets can be purchased at time of booking.There are various sessions times to visit the grotto. Please note that individual time slots within these sessions are not available and in popular periods, there may be wait times.
All ages welcome, under 18s must be accompanied by adult (18+)
The walkaround will commence at the beginning of your allocated timeslot, and the experience will conclude with the magical festive grotto.
