Visit with ACNC’s reptiles, amphibians, and birds for the holidays. Attend a live animal program, explore animal artifacts, be creative at the craft station, make a gift for the wild animals, and more.ACNC is home to many live animals including several species of turtles, snakes, and amphibians. Three birds of prey also call ACNC home, including an American Kestrel and two Red-tailed Hawks. These animals are a critical part of the education team as they teach visitors about wildlife in our area and how they move, grow, and survive.
Choose one session to attend. Each session will begin with a live animal presentation, followed by time to explore the building and grounds or participate in another craft or activity.
$8 Adults; $6 Nature Center members
$6 Children 3 – 15; free 2 and under
Reservations appreciated, walk-ins welcome if space is available.
