Skills needed: slip knot, single crochet, double crochet, and chain are skills needed for this workshop. This class is best for beginners who know how to crochet or have taken at least one beginner lesson.
Come to Oktobers in Lakewood on Sunday, September 22nd from 2-4 pm for a full tutorial on this simple boho chic crochet ornament. In this class, you will work with the beautiful Scheepjes Catona finger weight yarn in the holiday color of your choice and a small hook size to create a precious gift or memento for your own family to remember for years to come. This is a repeat class due to the popularity of last years! This year, enjoy a variation of wood toned beads and teeny pearls to add to your tree as ornament.
$35 per person covers guided lessons, refreshments, and ALL materials needed. All class attendees will receive 10% off merchandise at the shop on the day of class.
Feel free to bring your own hooks, but we prefer you use our yarn to be sure it is appropriate weight and type for the project.
Oktober's is located at 12611 Madison Ave. We will be using the beautiful event space connected to the shop. You may use the separate entrance at 12607 Madison Ave if you'd like. There will be signage and friendly people to greet you. There is ample parking on the eastern side and back parking lots. All Lakewood parking meters are free on weekends and after 6 pm on weekdays as well.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your booking any time through Signup Genius by revisiting the sign-up page and sending a message letting me know you cannot make it, or by emailing Jessica at [email protected]. The lesson fee is refundable if you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. I will be able to refund your money directly to your card. It may take up to 3 days to process the funds, depending on your bank.
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
