Please join us for a festive afternoon with the original Miller & Rhoads Snow Queen and acclaimed author, Donna Strother Deekens. We'll be reminiscing on days-gone-by when Christmas wasn't complete without a trip to downtown Richmond's finest department stores: Thalhimers and Miller & Rhoads.
Donna's books capture the magic and beloved memories of the holidays spent by the side of the legendary "Real Santa" in Santaland at Miller & Rhoads. All of her books will be available for purchase and to be signed.
Other Thalhimers & Miller & Rhoads novelty merchandise will be available including tee shirts, aprons, greeting cards, limited edition prints, and more - the perfect Christmas gift!
Complimentary apple cider, holiday cookies, and other refreshments will be served.
