Christmas Spectacular - Holiday Concert and Wine Dinner

It's that time of the year, again. We are excited to once more deck the halls of Barnard Griffin and invite you all to the 10th Annual Christmas Spectacular!

The Mid-Columbia Mastersingers (and Santa + Mrs Claus!) will be here on December 19th for our much-loved and always wonderful, CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR.

The dinner, once again made by Barnard Griffin, will consist of seven wine-paired courses (menu below) alongside a gorgeous Christmas concert featuring the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers.

Tickets are $195 per person for Wine Club members (please email [email protected] for your tickets) and $220 per person for non-Wine Club members.

We love this event and every year, the Mastersingers bring something extra special to the mix - we hope you'll join us!

Dinner menu :

1st Course: Chilled Poached Halibut over a Celeriac Puree with an Herb Gremolata

2nd: Creamy Chestnut Soup with Roasted Chestnut Mushrooms

3rd: Winter Citrus & Fennel Salad with Baby Arugula, Pomegranate Arils, Toasted Pistachios, in a Citrus Champagne Vinaigrette

4th: Slow Roasted Pork Belly with a Cider Bacon Jam and Pickled Apples over Wilted Greens

5th: Tenderloin with a Red Wine Balsamic Reduction, Glazed Carrots, and a Garlic Confit Potato Mash

6th: Cheese Course with Tête de Moine Rosettes, Parmesan Tuile, and a Savory Goat Cheese Cheesecake with Fig Jam

7th: Pavlova with a Cranberry Orange Chutney and Fresh Whipped Cream
