Craft and bring home 6–8 individual Christmas strawberry shortcakes, each finished with an adorable mini strawberry Santa:
- Bake a light chiffon cake sheet for the shortcake layers
- Learn how to macerate fresh strawberries
- Whip Chantilly cream to the right consistency
- Assemble your own individual strawberry shortcakes
- Create and decorate each cake with a festive mini strawberry Santa
Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your baking skills, this small-group, hands-on workshop will guide you through creating a light, creamy and berry-filled strawberry shortcake from scratch — with a playful Christmas finish.
You’ll leave with 6–8 individual Santa strawberry shortcakes to enjoy, share, or bring to your Christmas celebration.
