Christmas Sound Bath

Give yourself the gift of a Sound Bath and allow it to transport you into a state of deep relaxtion and release the holiday stress.

As you lay on your mat, I will guide you on a journey using crytal bowls and a rain stick creating harmoious sounds that will help calm the nervous system and balance your energy.

Please birng a mat and wear comfortable clothing, blanketes will be provided.
