Christmas Pudding Workshop with Carmela Sereno-Hayes

In this fun filled festive class, Carmela will demonstrate how to make her favourite 'Ricciarelli' almond biscuits, perfect to gift to a loved one. This will be followed by a seasonal tiramisu and this year we’ll be making a decadent pistachio and lemon tiramisu with a generous topping of verdant pistachio nuts. You'll go nuts for this wonderful dessert!
Together we will all make a decorated chocolate slab using a combination of dried fruits, nuts and sweets. Carmela will finish by demonstrating to you all, how to make her signature amaretto and cranberry Christmas pudding, and you will all make this plump, fruity pudding to take home and steam along with your decorated chocolate slab.
All ingredients supplied.
