Your cake will last until Christmas & beyond - and give 2-4 portions.
We will bake 2 x mini dome fruit cakes for you, which you marzipan, ice and then decorate as a Christmas pudding. Moving on you will then model a super cute mouse from icing.
Everything is explained step by step and you will be amazed at how many skills are covered.
How to:
- ice a cake board
- emboss details
- marzipan a sphere cake
- ice a sphere with sugarpaste (fondant)
- create the Christmas pudding detailing including 'custard' and holly
- model a mouse
- use modelling tools
- store and transport your cake.
