🥂Prosecco upon arrival.
🎄Starter choices;
•Ham Hock terrine with sourdough toast.
•Citrus, vodka & star anise cured salmon with pickled red onion, capers, horseradish creme fraiche & sourdough toast.
•Bruschetta with melted brie, roasted chestnuts & cranberry.
•Celeriac, hazelnut & truffle soup with sourdough toast (V)
🎄Main Course choices;
•Turkey ballontine.
•Panfried salmon with champagne beurrre blanc.
•Cauliflower & braised lentil wellington (V)
All served with the most delicious roast potatoes, spiced braised red cabbage, celeriac dauphinoise potatoes & buttered greens.

•Chocolate orange torte with Baileys whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
•Pavlova with port and cinnamon poached plums, caramelised hazelnut & chantilly cream.
