Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the She Connects Christmas Party event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.

Event Details

The Event will take place at voco by IGH Herbert Walker Ave, Southampton SO15 1AG on the 18th December 2025 from 7pm. The organisers reserve the right to modify event details as necessary, and any changes will be communicated promptly to ticket holders via the contact details provided at purchase.

Finality of Purchase: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organisers. Personal and Non-transferable: Tickets are issued for personal use and may only be transferred with prior written permission from the event organisers. Notification of Changes: If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or modified, all reasonable efforts will be made to inform attendees via the email address provided during purchase.

Service of Food & Beverages:Welcome drinks, sharing menu, sponsored goodies and access to a premium bar. 

Allergen Disclosure & Limitations:

Please note that due to the food preparation and storage methods used by the venue, we cannot guarantee that any food item is free from allergens. Cross-contamination is possible. The following allergens may be present:

• Nuts (tree nuts and peanuts)
• Gluten-containing cereals (wheat, rye, oats, barley, etc.)
• Eggs
• Dairy (including lactose)
• Soybeans
• Sesame seeds
• Celery, mustard
• Fish, crustaceans, molluscs
• Lupin
• Sulphites

Nut Allergen Notice:There are no specialised nut-free processes in place. Attendees with severe nut allergies should take appropriate precautions.

Attendee Responsibility: If you have a known allergy or dietary restriction, you accept full responsibility for managing this risk. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of allergen exposure and agree to hold the organisers harmless.

Emergency Procedures: In the event of a medical emergency, notify event staff immediately. Staff are not medically trained and the Event does not provide medical services on-site.

Assumption of Risk: Attendance is at your own risk, including food-related or environmental risks.

Liability Waiver:She Connects, Harbour Hotel, and any event partners or sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the Event.

Indemnity: By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless all affiliated parties from any claims or damages arising from your participation.

By attending the Event, you consent to the use of any photos, videos, or recordings in which you may appear. These may be used by She Connects or affiliated sponsors for marketing, promotion, or documentation purposes across platforms such as Instagram, websites, and printed materials. No financial compensation will be provided for such use.

If you prefer not to be captured, please inform a staff member in writing before the event begins. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion.

We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the Event without refund. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees who do not comply with these standards.

Data collected at the time of ticket purchase (including name, contact info, and optional dietary details) is used solely for managing this Event. Your information will be stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By submitting this data, you consent to its use as described.

She Connects reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication or direct communication to attendees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in relation to the Event shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
