Mindfulness is a wonderful way to develop inner calm and to be more relaxed. Crafting too is a relaxing activity. This class provides both types of relaxation to make some small macrame items that can be used as Christmas decorations or hung on a Christmas tree. Materials are supplied for one item if you wish to do more you can for an extra £1 per item
