Join us for a festive indoor shopping experience at The Beam in Sunderland! Our Indoor Christmas Market will showcase a variety of seasonal treasures from our very own Sunderland Charity Store, along with handcrafted gifts, tasty treats, and unique products from local small businesses, all in support of Shelter North East.

This event is free and open to the public, so bring your family and friends to enjoy the holiday atmosphere while shopping for special Christmas gifts. We will be hosting a raffle for some fabulous festive prizes, with all proceeds raised going towards helping Shelter continue its vital work supporting families experiencing homelessness this Winter.

Calling local traders! We have a very limited number of stall spaces available for local vendors specialising in handcrafted gifts, seasonal decorations, home decor, festive food and drink. If you’re a small business looking for an opportunity to reach a wider audience and be part of a great cause, this is your chance! Don’t miss out on securing your spot – book early to avoid disappointment.

Shelter North East will review your booking and reserves the right to reject bookings from stallholders that may not align with Shelter's values and mission. In the event of your booking being rejected, we will supply you with a full refund.
