Ever wondered what people in the 19th century did before the movies? This lively and authentic show by Trevor Beattie uses an original magic lantern and slides to recreate the Victorians’ answer to Youtube.
In the atmospheric surroundings of St John's Church, this charming family show combines beautiful projected images, live narration and music. See the famous man swallowing rats, marvel at the psychedelic chromatropes and join in with Old Mother Hubbard!
Refreshments will be available from our bar in exchange for a donation.
The show lasts about one and a half hours, including a 20 minute interval.
Children under 12 go free!
