The Christmas Light Run is a cheerful, family-friendly event that supports new displays for Christmas on the Cumberland. Choose your distance and enjoy the glow of our dazzling holiday lights as you run, walk, or stroll along the river. Pre-registration is required. Registration closes December 13, 2025, or when capacity is reached.
Christmas Light Run 1-mile registration includes:
One finisher medal
One light-up necklace
Christmas Light Run 5K registration includes:
One long-sleeved race shirt
One finisher medal
One light-up necklace
*Participants must register by Thursday, November 20, 11:59 PM, to be guaranteed a shirt. Shirts are available to 5k participants only.*
Both the 5K and 1-mile race routes will be contained within McGregor Park.
Packet pick-up details will be determined closer to the program date.
