Close out the year with The Impact Ambassadors!

Christmas in the 80s is a year-end community celebration hosted by The Impact Ambassadors. It's an afternoon for young people, emerging adults, families, volunteers, mentors and supporters to reflect on the year, look ahead, and celebrate the season together.

The afternoon has three parts that build on each other.

• Reflect: We open with a quick icebreaker, then take 10 minutes of quiet journaling with a few prompts: What are you proud of this year? What was hardest, and what did it teach you? What do you want to carry into next year?
• Envision: Make a vision board for the year ahead. Choose the areas of life you want to grow in, like health, money, career, relationships or faith, and map out a goal for each one. Materials and images will be provided. Sharing your board is optional.
• Celebrate: Enjoy homemade food, holiday trivia, a guess-the-Christmas-song game, a few words of thanks for the people who made this year happen, and karaoke. Wear your best 80s holiday look if you like.

Kids are welcome. There will be a separate room for children with their own activities, a movie hangout, and a visit from Santa.
