Forget the weather forecast—this workshop is for the people who start listening to Christmas music in November… or summer. We won’t judge.
Join us for Christmas in Summer as we put a festive spin on one of our favourite chocolate-making experiences.
Create two ridiculously cute ice cream cone hot cocoa bombs that look like melting scoops of chocolate ice cream but hide a cozy surprise inside.
Choose your chocolate, customize your own hot cocoa blend, and pack each creation with marshmallows, sprinkles, and other sweet surprises before packaging them in clear display tubes that are almost too adorable to open.
Along the way, you’ll learn the art of chocolate tempering, molding, and assembly while creating a project that’s equal parts nostalgic, delicious, and "Wait ... you made THAT?"
When you’re ready to enjoy your cocoa bombs, simply pour hot milk over them and watch the magic happen. Or… because apparently seasons are just a suggestion … we’ll also show you how to turn them into an iced hot chocolate.
